Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders either the day they're placed or the next day.

Orders placed before 4pm EST will ship the same day and orders after 4pm will ship the next business day via USPS. A USPS tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Shipping is as follows:

Standard shipping (3-5 business days) for orders from $0-$199 is $5 flat rate

Standard shipping (3-5 business days) for orders from $200 and up is FREE

Priority shipping (2-3 business days) for all orders is $15 flat rate 

Priority express shipping (1-2 business days) for all orders is $65 flat rate

 

Due to the nature of nature of the TCG space we unfortunately do not offer returns, However in the chance your order arrives damaged or not as describe please Email Info@catchcratecollectibles.com within 7 days of delivery and we will of course make it right. We recommend recording your unboxing in the off chance this happens to make this process as smooth possible!
